Telling girls to go next (trying to be all Rico Suave)..i might save it and use it for burning man as well.

a great way to start the summer...

There is so much i learned in the past few months, i've been feeling a bit crazy.. I just spoke to my friend Jill and she reminded me about patience and how the big changes always come slow. The weather here is supposed to be transitioning into the higher tempature levels next week....we have a few more clouds that are floating over us, but by Friday they say... its clear skies galore!! I could really use the sun.

Persian?!

In Los Angeles, you must, and i mean must, be careful and have a watchful eye on the Persian. Very, very tricky people. I believe once you know who one is, you can adjust accordingly and be proactive as well as reactive in your approach when dealing with them. I myself am half, my mother comes from a Nomadic tribe from Southern Iran called: the Baktiar's (basically sweet, lying, shady, good with a knife, alcoholic Gypsy's). And during the Iran-Contra Scandal aka "hostage scandal" circa 1979...many Persians , who established businesses in the U.S.....feared a substantial part of their income, as well as their reputation would be effected due to this situation!! So, I'm not sure who started the trend, but many Persians took on new identities. Many of them seemed to lean towards Italian names and pretended to be from Italy and or Spain..etc (I'm sure your eating what I'm cooking!!) .... My own family was guilty of this. My uncles went from Farhad to Fred...from Parveez to Peter and from Amir to Phillipe (i have no idea why he chose Phillipe??) . I, still to this day, spot a Persians hiding a mile away!! Its still going on, even amongst the socially elite, athletes, musicians, along with many of entertainments finest here in the U.S.!! Below are Persians, who don't fool me.... no matter how hard they try to transform their look.......i got these fuckers on lock and periodically i will be posting one's i believe are still too ashamed to step forward and embrace their roots!!

George Clooney, c'mon Persian...stop insulting us!

Mercedes Ruhl...need i say more!

John Oats, really? Like we weren't going to eventually find out.

Oh yeah, this fucking guy...the Jonas brother who looks nothing like the other two!! His name is definitely Farnoosh or some shit like that!!

And shame on you Paul Stanley for hiding behind that gay-ass make up job..Your like the fucking Persian of all Persians!!!

Two Beautiful Sunsets

What's wrong with me, why am i not living by the beach!! ..shame on us for moving down here from where-the-fuck-ever and then not living by the water..Starting January I'm gonna go for it..I really am..I'm moving to Santa Monica and or Venice. This is a picture my friend Natas sent me... he took it like three weeks ago near his house. He actually lives like two houses from the sand off of station 25..which is borderline Venice-Santa Monica. Its so beautiful!!

Anyhow, im so excited, a great week lies ahead for me...The Lakers are playing in the championship game.. (two games Thursday and Sunday) and my dear friend Yael is in town as well. Which means, I'll probably get to hang-out with her cool/stlyie/weezer type friends...and catch up to the all latest trends ( i am the most out of touch dork now-a-days!!)...Anyways, I truly love her to death ...she's so naturally gifted...and is such a true artist ...everyone else i know puts so much thought and so many hidden agendas into what they think is cool in regards to style..interior design..etc!!and this little fucker does it effortlessly!! i mean fucking effortlessly!! its like in her blood. And for those who do not know..in addition: she also picks up languages pretty fucking easy... (which i dont believe she shares> Her and her father are like super gifted freaks that way!!)..Anyhow, she is truly the last of the elegant ones!! (by the way..that's Yael in the photo below vogue dancing or some shit!!)

Gifthorse

I've been so quiet lately. Its a really new and awkward feeling for me....recently I've had some amazing things happen in my life. I'm learning that not all amazing things appear the way, I think they should appear..( if that made any sense) So, today i woke up and thanked God for all the sufferings I've been through....and just leaned into the pain!! Cause sometimes that's what you got do...is just lean into it.

This picture of Jimi... was taken right after he finished recording the track "Angel"...its such a beautiful song and has really helped me stay hopeful this morning.

If they can kill...then they can play!!

I cant believe I still hear that same ole lame ass debate pertaining to, if High School Basketball players should be able to enter the NBA .. last year the NCAA along with the NBA created this rule in which High School Basketball players must play with a University and or College for a minimum one year before entering the NBA..... In addition, many fans believe its ridiculous for these athletes to make this kind of money at such a young age...coming straight out of High School. Really dude??..is it the Black thing again?? Its just such a weird discussion...i mean, every week, it seems like Sports Talk shows are debating over this shit..
How come no one says anything when tennis pros like Andy Roddick, Pete Sampras or Boris Becker win major events at 16 years of age?? Or when Olympics stars ( ice skaters ... gymnasts) make millions off endorsements after they win gold or even weak-ass silver?? Those fuckers are so young!!

You think either side really gives a shit about the student athlete. The NCAA makes so much money off that kid all year long...television, endorsements..etc...he's basically a human cash machine for the school. How are you going to tell a kid straight out of the projects, that after practicing ten hours a day all year long since you they were 3 years of age ....winning the state championships in High School for like 4 years straight and breaking every record in their home town, that they still dont have enough credibility to turn pro. That they don't deserve a shot at playing with the best, because it's mandatory you play one year at a University....to um...ummm.....get you prepared for life?!

How come no one says shit ..or creates rules protecting the youth going into the military straight out of High School?? I guess its safer to dismantle mine-fields in Iraq, then it is to play for the Lakers at 18!!

A early morning round table discussion between sports writers and coaches i watched on TV inspired this posting!! I just think its such a joke.

Zebras Attracting Zebras

Soon one will show the other exactly where they are .... Do we metaphysically bring in another who is exactly like ourselves? I sometimes wonder if i manifest some kind of state of emergency signal, as soon as i sense there's an opening to that next stage of growth. Almost as though subconsciously, I'm searching for a mirror to gauge, who and where i am exactly on the lifegraph, so i can then re-wire accordingly.

40" .. who and who will not enjoy the ride!

Im so curious to know how these two little guys feel when they are invited by friends to go to Amusement Parks. I mean, can you imagine the anger they must feel when looking at these gentleman shown below them.. screaming balls to the walls with joy in their voices...then having to hear these bald fuckers afterwards, laughing and joking, while they imitate how each other's faces looked going upside down!!

Harsh!!! I feel adults, whether or not they reach the requirements of that abusive red line, painted at the entrances of park rides, should indeed be able to choose whether they want to take that chance at death or not.
